MULLED WINE
1/2 Cup of Sugar
2 Cups of Water
1 Fresh Orange (with peel but no pips)
A few cloves (stick through Orange peel)
4 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Lemon (peel only)
1 bottle of standard Red Wine
Mix together and rest overnight (or 18 hours)
Then add one ounce of Brandy
